REGISTRATION/ BOOKING PROCEDURE & POLICY
You have read and understood the Tour Brochure / itinerary, and the 'Terms and Conditions' and accordingly booked tour, having agreed to the Terms & Conditions which will be binding on the parties and shall constitute a contract between the parties upon your signing the same and making payment towards the prescribed booking amount.
Booking By One of the Co-Travellers
In case of one or more but not all clients booking the tour, it shall be deemed that everyone has duly authorized the concerned lead client to book on their behalf.
Booking through Travel Agent
In cases where the travel agent through whom the clients have booked the tour, for and on behalf of the persons named in the booking form, it shall be deemed and construed that all the persons named in the booking have duly authorized the said travel agent to book on their behalf. The booking made by you or by your travel agent shall mean acceptance in totality of the Terms and Conditions contained herein by all of the Clients.

The Company reserves the right to decline to register any person/s as client/s for any tour or to cancel their registration without assigning any reason.
HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Please go to our website www.enabletravel.com and select one of the many accessible destinations listed across different disability types.
Step 2: Select your disability type, read the itineraries listed, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, terms and conditions and user agreement carefully before accepting them online.
Step 3: Once you have chosen the tour, book the same by providing requisite information with an acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions.
Step 4: On completion of the booking, you have need to send us a confirmation mail on email@example.com
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES IN THE BROCHURE/ ON THE WEBSITE
We print the brochures several months in advance. Naturally, the brochure / website describe the available services as of this date as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package & itineraries. This may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as 'force majeure' events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing. In cases where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you before the commencement of the journey otherwise our representatives would inform you of the changes during the tour.
The itineraries on certain departures may change or run in the reverse direction. There may be a slight amendment in the activities and sequence of destinations visited. The right to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Services however, will remain unchanged.
In addition to high quality fleet of cars and luxury coaches, Enable Travel also offers high roof mid-sized vans equipped with ramps to facilitate convenient access to wheelchair bound travelers. The Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) will be made available for the entire duration of the itinerary. The WAVs also feature safety restraints and the driver is specially trained to deploy the ramps, load and unload the wheelchair bound individual and ensure a smooth ride.
Special attention has been paid in the selection of accessible hotels, wherever available across selected cities pan India. All accessible hotels have been researched and reviewed by a core team of disabled experts who've rated all amenities and features of the place of stay. Long-term stay options have also been put through the same screening process.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT and ASSISTANCE
We request all our guests to let us know of all their special requirements i.e. dietary, mobility, accessibility, speech or hearing, O2, incontinence diapers, shower chair, commode chair etc. at the time of booking request, enabling us to plan the trip accordingly. Manual Wheelchair assistance can be provided on advance request at all places. Do let us know in advance if you require any other assistance and we will try to match all needs of our guests to ensure a memorable trip. It is of critical importance that full information about disability / limited mobility and assistance required, is shared with us at the time of booking request only.
WHEELCHAIR / ASSISTIVE DEVICES / OTHER EQUIPMENT
We request all our guests to share complete details (including dimensions and weight) of all the above or any other special material that requires to be taken care of other than regular baggage.
On all our sightseeing tours and excursions, we use qualified, professional guides approved by Government of India Tourist Office / Ministry of Tourism. Most of our guides speak fluent Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Chinese and more (in addition to English). At the same time there's no substitute for a little local flavor, so we employ experienced local guides who provide an invaluable and in-depth view of the sights that you visit. We also provide sign language guides and interpreters.

You have a choice of making the entire payment in one go or pay a booking amount of 25% of the tour cost at least 90 days or more prior to the departure date and the balance latest by 60 days prior to the departure of the tour. If a booking is made 59 days or less prior to the departure of the tour, then the full 100% payment has to be made.
If this is not done, then the request will not be taken forward and the booking will be treated as cancelled and relevant cancellation charges will be applied following deduction for services rendered.
On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation will be sent to you or your travel agent. It is your / travel agent's responsibility to check the confirmation and advise us immediately in case of errors. The final documentation containing the itinerary will be dispatched to you 14 days prior to date of departure.
On payment of the booking amount and the documentation amount / full payment, you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid. You will have to pay all bank charges. The prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the transaction would be applicable. Enable Travel reserves the right to decline your booking/s for any tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
Any changes requested to your confirmed bookings must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. The requested changes, be it name change or date change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.

The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the program if necessary at any point of time. For any unforeseen reasons we reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same. Most changes made by us would be minor, but on certain occasions there could be a possibility of making a significant change. A change is defined as significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure. In such an eventuality, we would inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following solutions:
1. Accepting the changed arrangements or
2. Purchasing alternative arrangements from us, similar in standard as originally booked if available with the applicable cost adjustment or
3. Cancelling or accepting the cancellation where you will receive a refund of the payment remitted to us.
4. In case of a 'force majeure' (please refer to details mentioned below) situation due to which a departure has to be cancelled, we regret there would be no refund of the monies paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of our cancellation / change.
The prices shown are based on known costs and exchange rates at the time of being published and Enable Travel does not expect to have to make any changes.
In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or adverse fluctuation in currency exchange rates, affecting the cost structures of your journey, Enable Travel reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.
SCHEDULES AND FLEXIBILITY
Please note that our tours operate within the constraints nature, road & social conditions. We require you to abide by timings suggested by your guides, escorts, etc. enabling us to adhere to the schedules. Certain departures would be operating in reverse with minor changes in timings and flow of destinations.
COMPLAINT AND PROBLEMS
Should you have any complaints or face any problem during your tour, please bring it to the attention of our representative immediately, in order for him or her to provide you with an immediate solution rectifying the problem whilst on tour. It is only if you do this, that Enable Travel has the opportunity to put matters right, on the spot. Failing to do this, any right to compensation, which you may have, will be extinguished or reduced. In the unlikely event that the problem persists, please write to the Enable Travel customer service team by email to email@example.com within 3 weeks of your return from the tour, providing us with the details of your booking reference and complaint. Any delay beyond the stipulated time may affect our ability to investigate the complaint and may impact the way that your complaint is dealt with.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your relationship (and any contract you may have) with Enable Travel or with any Third Party Supplier or any disputes or other matters arising from it shall be interpreted as per Indian laws and courts in New Delhi, India alone would have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing the booking this tour, you / your agent on your behalf are accepting these terms and conditions.
In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which we / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU/ LIABILITY POLICY
We assure you that all arrangements for your holiday will be made, and provided with utmost skill and care. This means that we will accept responsibility if, for example, your contracted arrangements are not provided as promised or prove deficient as a result of the failure on our part, our employees or suppliers to use reasonable skill and care in making and providing your arrangements. Further, we will be responsible for what our employees and suppliers do or do not do if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment or carrying out work we had asked them to do.
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description whatsoever which results from :
a) the act(s) and / or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; or
b) the act(s) and / or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
c) any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or
d) 'force majeure' as defined above.
Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or is based on any travel arrangements, the maximum amount of compensation we will have to pay you will be limited to that provided under :
a) public liability insurance taken by Enable Travel.
b) any relevant international conventions or regulation which apply to the travel arrangements in question.
We do not accept liability for:
1. any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which, based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you;
2. any business losses;
3. excursions or other tours or any other travel services taken and paid for by you which have not been provided by us whilst you are on our tour. In such instances, your contract will be with the operator / supplier of the excursion or tour or travel services and not with us.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the departure at the commencement of the tour, or join the tour later or leave the tour before culmination of the itinerary for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Enable Travel at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Enable Travel, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. Enable Travel shall be under no liability to any such person.
The communication transmitted to your mailing address / email address on record shall be deemed to have been communicated to you. All communication from you to the Enable Travel has to be in writing, not orally. Where a booking is made directly by you, communication will be sent to you at your mailing address or e-mail address given in the booking form. Where a booking is made through a travel agent, communication from Enable Travel will be sent to your agent through whom such booking has been received on your behalf and the agent would be responsible for transmitting such communication to you. All money paid to the travel agent shall not constitute payment to us unless deposited by your agent with Enable Travel. In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by Enable Travel, it shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance to the contrary is published.
It is mandatory that you purchase a trip insurance with an insurance company of your choice as cancellation fees as applicable will not be waived off. You must supply Enable Travel with the name, address and telephone number of your insurers, your policy number and the 24-hour medical emergency telephone number. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be declared to your insurer and to us; failure to do so may invalidate your travel insurance policy.

While all services are included, gratuity is at your discretion. We suggest the following:
• US$ 1-2 per Suitcase per way
• US$ 2-5 or 7-10% of the bill in restaurant (whichever is higher)
• US$ 10-15 per day for the driver
Gratuities to guides are completely at your discretion
1. One Child below 5 years will be charged 25% of the adult charges, subject to sharing of bed with parents.
2. Single child (5 years - 12 years) - 50% of the adult charges, subject to sharing of bed with parents.
3. Two children travelling with parents will be accommodated in a separate room, with charges for the first child at 50% of the adult charges and for the second child 100% of the adult cost.
4. Please note that we do not offer interconnecting rooms as they are almost non-existent in most hotels.
5. The rates quoted are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes.

VISAS, AIR TICKETS & PASSPORTS
Passports for all inbound guests must have a minimum validity of six months for entry into India and they must be in possession of a valid single or multiple entry visa based on the number of entries into India. There are no provisions for visa upon arrival and the necessary visa has to be processed from the Indian Embassy or Indian High Commission in your country of origin.
All guests must check, re-check and be responsible for checking their passport, visas and air tickets to ensure that they have been issued for the correct dates and ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel documents before departure. We regret we cannot accept any liability of any guests being refused entry into India by the Indian immigration authorities.
INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
Cost of domestic flights is generally not included in our cost proposals unless specified otherwise. The information of schedules, fares is included in our programs / cost proposals for information purpose only. All fares quoted are subject to availability at the time of ticketing and flight timings are subject to change without prior notice.
PERSONAL TRAVEL INSSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover from your country of domicile for injury, illness, death, accident, loss of effects, luggage, assistive device and holiday cancellation. Kindly refer to the cancellation policy stated in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS: Inclusions and exclusions are mentioned with each of the programs offered as well as in our customized cost proposal sent before finalization of the trip.
Due to its vast size, India has a varied climate and it is possible to travel at almost all times of year and find certain areas of the subcontinent that are at their best. The country has a three season year - summer, monsoon and winter. The coolest weather lasts from around December to February. The hot weather, when it is dry is between March and June. Monsoon rains occur in most regions anywhere between June and September.

We recommend smart casual clothing and suitable footwear for excursions. Comfortable attire in natural subdued colours (bright colours are not advised) which blend with the landscape is essential for all excursions to wildlife reserves. Formal wear is customary for special dinners (if booked any). The tradition and sheer elegance of certain luxury / palatial hotels provides an opportunity to dress for the occasion, recreating the magic and opulence of a royal era. Warm clothing is advisable on the winter departures.
CURRENCY/ MONEY EXCHANGE
India's currency is the Indian Rupee (INR), abbreviated as Rs. which is divided into 100 paisa. The Indian Rupee is available in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 & 2000. Old notes in the denominations of 500 and 1000 were discontinued w.e.f 08th Nov 2016 with an indication that new notes of those denominations may come in circulation at a future date. Coins are in denominations of Rupee 1, 2 and 5.
Foreign currency regulations are strict. Currency in excess of US$ 5000 cash and an aggregate total of US$ 10,000 and above (including cash, bank notes and traveller cheques) has to be declared at the time of entry. You can change money at banks and there are 24-hour currency exchange facilities available at all international airports. Please note that changing money in the more remote areas can be difficult; it is best to exchange currency in the metro city locations. We also provide assistance with money changing facilities while on tour.
Enable Travel accepts payments from all inbound guests through bank transfers, all major credit cards like Diners, Master, Visa as well as cash in all major foreign currencies i.e. USD, Euro, Pounds etc.
There are no specific restrictions on baggage allowance, however due to limited storage space in the cars and vans it is recommended that guests maintain a baggage allowance of 20 Kg per person. Baggage allowance at some of the domestic airlines is 15 Kg per person.
Voltage available in India is 240 volts. International adaptors are also available on request at most hotels.
In accordance with Indian Law, smoking is not permissible on board in flights, cars, coaches and in all public places such as restaurants, airports, stations, shopping malls, hotels, public areas etc.
No specific vaccinations are required for travel to India, however, foreign tourists should be in possession of a Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate conforming to international health regulations, if they are originating or travelling through Yellow Fever endemic countries. Anti-malaria precautions should be taken. It is also recommended that you consult your physician for any personal health advice based on your travel itinerary. If you are taking prescription medication, it is advisable to carry enough supplies to last for the duration of your trip. It is also advisable to carry sufficient insect repellent.
- They / You / Client / Them / His / Her means the person/s in whose name and/or whose behalf the booking is made and/or whose name appears in the booking, invoices and service voucher and includes every person availing the services of Enable Travel.
- We / Us means Enable Travel
- Infant / Child: An 'Infant' means a person below the age of two years and a 'child' means a person from the age of two and below the age of twelve years.
- Tour cost means the tour cost mentioned in the price grid / brochures / online and other payments such as taxes, surcharges etc. payable by the client to the Company.
- Brochure - means printed brochure, website, online brochure, leaflet, booklet and price grid.
- Gender - the male shall include the female.
- Number - the singular shall include the plural.
